I luv cheesecake

chilled cheesecake easy recipe
.
I love cheesecake, but I don’t love to cook and to spend hours in the kitchen when outside the sun is shining and the birds are singing. I looked up to my archives of old recipes from friends and this cheesecake recipe came up. My friends used to make for every single every single birthday at college.
Ingredients:
1 cup of graham cookies crumbs (or animal cookies smashed to crumbs)
½ cup of sugar
¼ cup of butter or vegetable oil spread melted
2 packages of unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup cold water
1 package of Philadelphia cream cheese or any cream cheese
1 cup of cream, whipped
About 12 strawberries chopped finely or put through the processor (if strawberries are not in season use a can of cherry pie filling)
More Strawberries for decor
Method
1 Mix the cookies crumbs with the spreadable oil or butter and ¼ cup of sugar press onto the bottom of a 9 or 8 inch spring form pan.

3 Sliced strawberries and placed on the spring form pan (this is optional), and pour the mix over the crust, bring to the fridge to chill for about two hours.
.
4  take a walk, do the laundry, or whatever you want, come back and enjoy
