The seeds I already started are crossed out in my list. Nevertheless I will still plant new seeds outdoors and transplant the ones growing in the house outside. I am being very precautious in case all my plants die for some bizarre reason I will still have a back up plan with new plants growing. Some vegetables must be sown directly in the ground, e.g.: watermelon.
I am still waiting for my seed-swap partners seeds to arrive, when I get them I will post the resultsand my review about the whole process which has it's plus and minuses and risks.
I am delighted with the variety of vegetables and fruits that I can grow here in California, I remember the limits of having to grow a vegetable garden in the soaky, humid summers of Buenos Aires: no melons, no watermelons.
